Ice Mango Jelly

Topping:

1 mango, peeled and cut into small pieces (set aside as a topping)
TUTU Mango Syrup 150ml
Sweet condensed milk 200ml
Fresh milk 500ml
Ice water 500ml
Ice cubes
Simple Syrup 50ml

Topping:

1 sachet instant pudding
TUTU Mango Syrup 100ml
Water 400ml
Granulated Sugar 50gr

Mango jelly: Mix all ingredients together, cook over medium heat, stirring until it boils. Turn off the heat. Pour into the mold / pan. Allow to harden then cut into squares. Mango juice: Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until the mango is smooth. Serving: take the mango jelly and place it into a serving glass, add the mango juice. Stir well. Add mango pieces at the top as garnish.
