Grinch's Green Delight

20 ml Tutu Green Apple
10 g Lavender extract
10 ml Simple syrup
5 ml Tutu Sweet and Sour
100 ml Green tea
Rosemary and cherry for garnish

Proof that Grinch actually loves Christmas

Brew 2 grams of green tea leaves with 100ml of 70 degrees Celsius water for 2 minutes, strain,then let it chill.

Add Tutu Green apple, Lavender extract, simple syrup, Tutu Sweet and Sour, brewed green tea and ice cube to shaker. Shake it hard and short to avoid excessive dilution. Pour content into your favorite glass, garnish with cherry and rosemary. Serve
