SALTED CARAMEL MOCHA
Scientist proved that adding salt could tone down the bitterness of beverage. We heard about the bitterness of cocoa and espresso on mocha. With sweet and savor salted caramel, it beautifully balanced the flavor peacefully.
  • Chocolate Powder : 15 g
  • Milk : 135 ml
  • Tutu Salted Caramel : 20 ml
  • Simple syrup : 10 ml
  • Tutu Hazelnut Syrup : 5 ml
  • Whipped cream : 45 ml
Pour in Tutu Hazelnut syrup and cold whipping cream to ashaker. Shake it hard to create foam. Mix chocolate powder with milk. Stir it using spoon or milk frother. Prepare a glass and fill it with ice cubes. Add Tutu Salted Caramel, then pour chocolate milk on it. Pour hazelnut on top. Add your favorite caramel sauce and Himalayan salt for garnish.
